About

I’m a freelance visual storyteller based in Mexico City.

I collaborate with international media outlets like Al Jazeera, National Geographic or MSNBC, international organizations including the United Nations and commercial clients. My work is mainly focused on women’s and LGBTI rights, indigenous peoples, environment and migration and has taken me to places including Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Argentina, Chile, India, Bangladesh, Ethiopia and Germany.

I contributed photographic work to the documentary “Los Comandos,” which narrates the story of a group of young volunteer rescuers in San Salvador. The documentary was shortlisted for the Oscars 2019. My still photographs have been published by media outlets including Time Magazine, The Guardian and El País. As an educator, I’ve facilitated workshops about visual storytelling for aspiring storytellers, organizations and corporations.
